What does prAIcing Agent do?

It looks after your prices for you. It watches what sells, tries small price changes, measures what happens to your sales and profit, and keeps the changes that work — always within limits you choose.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. You get the full product free for 30 days. When the trial ends we ask you to pick a plan: €9.99 per month or €49.99 per year. Those prices already include VAT wherever you are.

Can I use it from my phone or another computer?

Yes. Use the Log in button at the top right on any device with the same email and your settings, store and history are all there.

How do I connect WooCommerce?

Accepted Answer

Open Store Connection, type your shop address and press Connect. You are sent to your own WordPress admin, press Approve, and you are done. No codes to copy.

How do I connect Shopify?

Open Store Connection, choose Shopify and follow the two guided clicks. We open the right Shopify settings page for you and you paste one access key back.

Is my store data safe?

Your store keys are encrypted and only used to read products and orders and to publish prices you or the agent approved. You can disconnect at any time.

Why does the agent need my product costs?

Accepted Answer

Costs tell the agent how much you actually earn on each sale, so it never drops a price below the profit you need. We read them from your store automatically when available.

What if my store has no costs?

Upload a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) or even a supplier PDF in the chat. The agent matches items by SKU, asks which currency the costs are in, and saves them.

Can I keep some products out of it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On any product you can lock the price, pause the agent, or set a lowest and highest allowed price.

What are Observe, Recommend and Autopilot?

Accepted Answer

Observe: the agent only watches and explains. Recommend: it suggests price changes and waits for your OK. Autopilot: it changes prices on its own, but only inside your limits. Start with Recommend if you are unsure.

What are guardrails?

Accepted Answer

They are rules the agent can never break — for example 'never go below 30% margin', 'never raise a price by more than 10% at once', or 'wait at least 7 days between changes'.

Can I undo a price change?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every change is listed in the Audit Trail with the reason behind it, and you can roll it back with one click. You can also pause the whole agent any time.

Question 13

What does 'price ending' mean?

Accepted Answer

Prices end in .99 by default (for example €49.99) because shoppers find them familiar. You can switch to .95, whole numbers, or exact prices in Guardrails.
